Camilo Ferreira is a Colombian engineer, musicologist, guitarist and soundtrack composer. Born with a passion for the arts, he was soon drawn to the world of music and composition. After beginning his studies in Colombia, he decided to continue his education in France, where he enrolled at the Université Lyon 2.

There he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Musicology, developing his skills in composition, orchestration and sound design. Continuing along this path, he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in MAAAV (Musiques Appliquées aux Arts Visuels) at the same university. This program has allowed him to refine his craft by combining music and audiovisuals, particularly for short films.”

In recent years, thanks to his connection with the academy, Camilo Ferreira has composed music for short films, blending his Latin roots with an international cinematic sensibility. His work reflects a unique fusion of cultures and influences, including rock, classical, and Latin American music.
